Rangely Residence

Beverly Hills, CA

Once a four-unit building, The Rangely Residence was reimagined into a three-unit property with an ADU, achieving a seamless balance of design and function. William Emmerson contributed to the project’s transformation, helping shape a vision where thoughtful details and livable design meet.

Each residence carries a quiet sense of cohesion—marble countertops, built-in entertainment centers, and warm wood floors run throughout, tying the spaces together.

Art plays a central role here. Every room holds something worth pausing for—paintings, sculptures, and objects that add depth without distraction. Out back, a glass-framed gym anchors the property, bringing light and movement into the daily rhythm of life.

The Rangely House feels personal and lived in, yet refined—a reflection of William’s approach to creating spaces that are both modern and human.
